Panther (S3 Source)

Introduction

This Destination Connector enables Panther's support for ingesting logs using Panther's S3 Custom Log Format Source.

Prerequisites

1. Create an AWS S3 Bucket Custom Log Source

Configuration

With the exception of the Destination Connector name, configuring the Panther (S3 Source) Connector essentially follows the same steps as configuring the Tarsal AWS S3 Destination Connector.

1. Follow the AWS S3 Configuration steps as documented for the AWS S3 Connector.
   1. When ready to configure Tarsal's Panther Connector, the fields will be the same as documented for the AWS S3 Connector.
2. When completed, follow the Panther steps on how to onboard AWS S3 logs as a Data Transport log source.

Connector Notes

The output format of data in s3 will be delivered as Newline Delimited JSON (ndjson)
