Overview

This source syncs Audit logs for Slack Enterprise Grid.

Authentication

The following Authentication methods are supported by this connector:

• Bot User OAuth Access Token

Prerequisites

1. Create a Slack App.
   1. When completed, you will be redirected to the "Basic Information" page for your app
2. Grant Permissions.
   1. Go to OAuth & Permissions > User Token Scopes > Add an OAuth Scope. You will need to add the following scopes:
      1. Bot Token Scopes:
         1. team:read
            View the name, email domain, and icon for workspaces Tarsal Connector is connected to
      2. User Token Scopes:
         1. auditlogs:read
            View events from all workspaces, channels and users (Enterprise Grid only)
3. Enable Organization Level Apps
   1. If not already enabled, go to "Org Level Apps" and opt in to enable apps for the whole organization
4. Install App.
   1. Scroll to the top of the page and click the "Install to " button. Click Allow when asked. This will generate a "User OAuth Token". Copy this value to use in the Tarsal configuration.
      1. The token should begin with xoxp-
   2. Note: if making scope changes to an app, be sure to reinstall the app to the workspace for the changes to take affect.

This source connector does not have customizable configuration fields.
